FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Subscriptions are an easy way to automatically get fresh coffee delivered straight to your door!

From the subscription page, choose a coffee, grind preference, and delivery frequency.

Choose delivery every 2, 3, or 4 weeks.

You may cancel, pause, or change your subscription at any time by logging into your account. 

If you received a subscription as a gift or need to make any changes to your subscription (adding additional bags, changing duration, changing address, change payment method, pausing or cancelling, etc.) you may log in to your account and make all needed changes to your subscription or email us at alamura.coffee@gmail.com

We roast our coffee Monday through Friday after 5 PM and on Saturdays. This schedule ensures that each batch is freshly roasted and carefully prepared for optimal flavor before it’s shipped to you. Freshness is at the heart of everything we do, so you’ll always receive coffee roasted to order!

We ship orders Monday through Saturday via USPS or UPS. We always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, but due to the nature of roasting it can take 24 - 72 hours to process your order. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, national holidays and weather delays. We are not responsible for shipments once they have left our facility, but we are always available to help you figure out a solution to a lost package.

You will receive an order notification when you place your order and a shipping notification when your order ships. Please contact us at alamura.coffee@gmail.com. if you did not receive a notification within 48 hours of placing your order or if you have questions about the status of your order.

We cannot accept returns or refunds on coffee due to its persishable nature, but please contact us within 30 days if you have any problems with your coffee order. We want you to love your coffee! 

For all non-coffee items, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a return or refund for defective, unused or damaged items. Please email at alamura.coffee@gmail.com with an image of your item that clearly shows a defect or transit damage along with your original order number. We cannot accept returns on worn or washed clothing items.

We are a small operation so at this time the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We don’t have a coffee cart or offer event catering yet, but we’d love to help you serve some amazing Ethiopian coffee at your event! Whether it’s bulk coffee orders or special requests, we’re happy to assist. Plus, we’re working on launching a traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony pop-up right here in Burlington, VT, coming soon—stay tuned!
